Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)

An HRA is an employer-funded plan that reimburses employees for out-of-pocket medical expenses and health insurance premiums depending on the plan. HRAs are an effective tool for supporting employee health and wellness while controlling healthcare costs.

Supplemental Unemployment Benefits (SUB) Plan

The SUB Plan is a prevailing wage fringe benefit designed for projects governed by the Davis-Bacon Act or State Prevailing Wage Laws. It provides financial support to employees when they are not working or working fewer hours than full-time.

• This plan applies when employees work less than 40 hours a week or fewer than 173 hours a month due to factors like layoffs, weather, illness, lack of work, or equipment downtime.
